In the name of God Amen, I John BURUS, being in perfect health of body and of sound disposing memory and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and that it is appointed for man to die do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz.

Imprimis I give and bequeath all my estate within doors and without to Griffith GRAY to him and his heirs forever

Lastly I will and desire that Griffith GRAY shall be and hereby appointed my sol executor to this my Last Will and Testament given under my hand and seal this 7th day of May 1798.
