In the name of God Amen. I Edward BUNNILL being of sound mind but weak in body and knowing that it is appointed for all to die make this my Last Will and Testament disannulling all others. I request that my body be decently buried and my body to mingle with its Mother dust. I recommend my soul to him that gave it.

   Item 1st. I give unto my Son William BUNNILL all the notes which I hold against him as his part of my estate; also my wearing cloths.

   Item 2nd. I give unto beloved Son Isaac BUNNILL one bed and furniture one cow and calf first choice two yews and 2 lambs the track or piece of land on which I live bounded on the east the road and on the west by the creek or all my land on the west side of the road where I live, I also give unto Isaac the buck horse with the conditions that Isaac shall let William BUNNILL have the use of the horse as long as the horse shall live.

   Item 3rd. I give unto my beloved Son John BUNNILL the tract of land on the east side of the road one cow and calf one bed and furniture two ewes, also I give him my negro boy called Miles, one club axe first choice.

   Item 4th. I give unto my Grandson Westly BUNNILL Son of William BUNNILL the tract of land bought of SHIVERS(?)

   Item 5th. It is my desire that the remainder of my property be sold my just debts all to be paid and the remainder after paying them to be equally divided between my two Daughters Katy and Betsey and my Son Moses BUNNILL

   Item 6th. I nominate and appoint my Son Isaac BUNNILL and E.D. FEREBEE as executors to this my Last Will and Testament.
