A. being of sound mind and perfect memory bless be God do this thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say.

First and all. I give and bequath to my dearly beloved Wife Mary Ann BUNNELL all my estate personal and real to her and her heirs forever.

And I herby make and ordain my dear Wife Mary Ann BUNNELL executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said John B. BUNNELL have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
