Know all men by these presents, that I the said Thomas BROWN, being in a low state of heath(sic), but in my right mind and senses, before my blessed Lord and maker, and in these presants consideren the shortness of life and the certainty of death, here agree to make my Last Will and testamen(sic) I here leave enough of my property to be sold to pay all my just debts and demands and the balance I want my beloved Wife Elizabeth BROWN to have the use of to live upon and to raise my children, during of her natural life, and then to be equally divided amongst all my children, and I also leave my beloved Wife Elizabeth BROWN wholy and soly executror to this my Last Will and Testament.
