In the name of God Amen.

I Benjamin BRICKHOUSE SEN. being in a declining state of health, but in my perfect senses and memory, thanks be to God for it, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following Viz. I lend the use of my land and plantation, and all the remainder of my property to my beloved Wife Lurany BRICKHOUSE, during her widowhood.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my Son Benjamin BRICKHOUSE all my land and premises to him and his heirs forever, after the marriage or death of my said Wife.

Item. It is my will and desire that all the remainder of my property be sold, and after paying my just debts, I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Edney FULFORD five shillings to her and her heirs.

Item. I give and bequeath unto my Son William BRICKHOUSE and his heirs five shillings.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Abiah McCLANNEN five shillings, to her and her heirs forever.

Item. I give and bequeath all the remainder of my estate to be equally divided between my five children to wit. Elizabeth FANSHER, Henry BRICKHOUSE, Lovey BRICKHOUSE, Nancy BRICKHOUSE, John BRICKHOUSE, to them and their heirs forever. Lastly I nominate and appoint Josiah JOLLIFF and Benj. BRICKHOUSE executors to this my Last Will and Testament, revoking all former wills made by me. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 25th day of Nov. 1815.
