[The whole right side of this will was blurry and a small part of the will is missing in one of the creases.  Part of the probate was cut off on the right side.]

In the Name of God amen.  I Thos BRENT being Sick of body but of Sound and perfit mind and memery thanks be to allmighty God for it do make and declare? and Constitute this my Last will and Testament in maner and form following Imprimis: I give and bequeath my Sole into the hands of allmighty God who gave it me and my body to the I committ unto the Earth to be desently buryed at the Deseretion of my Extr heare after Named.

Itim I give and bequeath unto my Loving Son James BRENT about a tract of Land Containing one hundred and fifty acres Comonly Called and Knone by the name of the Wolpoint? Ridg to him and his hears for Ever lawfully begotten of his body only I excepted the use and benefitt of the aforesaid tract of land to my loving wife Ann BRENT During hir natural life.

Item I give and bequeath to my son James BRENT at the age of Eaghteen years and likewise I ______ my Son James BRENT should live and abide With his Mother untill about Eaghteen and then to be Discharged from his mother or gerdin or any bonds & apprentiship What So Ever.

Itim I give and bequeath unto my Son James BRENT three sows and piggs to be Delivered at the afore sd farm and lived of Eaghteen years of age.

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son James BRENT [torn] one? gunn?.

Item I give and bequeath unto my Loving Wife ANN BRENT all of Rest and Resedew of my personall Estate to hir and hir hears for Ever only I Except Six pounds Covent money? to pay for the scooling of my Son James BRENT and lastly my Will and meaning is that my loving [wife] Ann BRENT be full and whole Exetr. of this my last will and testament Re____ing and [blurred] all other Wills I heare to fore made Do [blurred] and this my last will and Testament In wittneys whereof I have hearuntoe Sett my hand and fixed? my Seale this the 1st Day of Janeary in the yeare of our Lord 1726.

The Last Will and Testamt of Thos BRENT Deceasd Was Prese [cut off] to Court by Mrs Ann BRENT E [cut off] within mentioned And was [cut off] in Lawfull Manner by the [cut off] of Thos WILLIAMS & Robt HEA [cut off] The sd Exetrx haveing taken the Sectys Oath & The sd Will is Ordd to be Sent to Sectys off [cut off] for Probate
