In the name of God Amen this the twenty three day of Augus 1725, I William BRAY SENEOR of North Carolina in the County of Albramoh being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory prased be god for it I do meak and or dain this my Last Will and Testament in maner and form as folloeth…that is to say furst I give and be queth my sole in to the hand of allmity God that give it and my body to the earth after my deseas to be desenty buried according to the descresien of my Executer.

Item. I give and be queth to my oldest Son Henere BRAY the peat of land that he now liveth on to him and his heers or assigns

Like wise I give and bequeath to my youngest Son Gorge BRAY the plantatchen that I now live on and all the land there belonging to him his heares or assigns.

Itam. I give and bequeath to my younger Son Gorge BRAY all my moveable estate both real and personal to him his heres or assines

Likewise I appint my friend William BIRGS (BURGES?) to be my executor whith my well beloved Son and heare Gorge BRAY to this my Last Will and Testment I do hear by utterly disallow revoak and disannall all and every other formor testaments wills and ligesies and executors by me made and my wail(??) before this time named ratyfing and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testemant in witness whereof I have hear unto sett my hand and seal the day and year above witen.
