In the name of God Amen, I William BERNARD, being in a very low state of health, but in sound senses and memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament.

First I leave my soul to the Almighty God from whence it came, and as for what worldly property I have, would wish to leave as follows Viz.

Item I give and bequeath to Elizabeth BERNARD she Daughter of Luke BERNARD all my tract of land adjoining Willoughby MORRIS line and Hans BRIGHT and the orphans of John BRIANT and Caleb SEARS adjoining their lines to her and her heirs forever, after paying all my just debts.

I leave my Brother Luke BERNARD and John STANLY to settle my business after my departure.
