   In the name of God Amen, I Malachi BEASLEY of the State of North Carolina and County of Currituck being sick and feeble do publish and declare this my last will and testament this the 18th of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight.

   First I desire that all of my just and lawful debts to be paid by my executrix.

   Item I gave all my property to my wife Sally BEASLEY and her heirs forever.

   I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife Sally BEASLEY my whole sole executrix to this my last will and testament day and date above written.
