The Last will and testament of Caleb BEASLEY Exhibited May Term 1834 and proven by the oath of John B. JONES a subscribing witness thereto and ordered Recorded.

In the name of God amen I CALEB BEASLEY of the State of North Carolina & County of Currituck being sick but of Sound & disposing mind do make this my last will and Testament in manner & form as followes.

Item I leave the house & fence rales etc, that I own on the land that Jas. J. SPRATT bought to be sold & one canoe & such other property that can be spared by my wife to be sold by my Executor to pay my just debts & also the money that arises from the sale of the land of Jacob LITCHFIELD which is in the Hands of Moses BONNEY to be used by my Executor to pay my Just debts.

Item I Leave the Ballance of my property to my Wife Nancey & children to be equally divided and for my wife Nancey to have the use of the childrens property untill they are raised.

Lastly I constitute nominate & appoint my wife Nancey & my Brother Ezekel BEASLEY Executrix & Executor to this my last will and Testament revoking all former wills by me made in Witness whareof I have hereunto set my hand & caused my seal to be affixed this 15th day April in the year of our Lord 1834
