The Last will and testament of Joshua BALL Exhibited in open court and proven by the oaths of Dempsey BURTON and Benj. T. SIMMONS witnesses thereto at May Term 1834 and ordered Recorded.

In the name of God amen I Joshua BALL in a low state of helth But thanks be to God of sound and disposing mind and memory do this the Thirtyeth day of April in the year of our Lord 1834 make and publish this my last will & testament in manner and form following.

To wit First of all I loan unto my beloved wife Mary BALL all the Land I possess during her natural life published and declared by the Testator as his Last will and testament.

In the presents of us who was present at the time of sealing and declaring the same
    Attest Benj. T. SIMMONS jurat
