In the Name of God amen I John ARMSTRONG being every sick and week of Body but of perfect Senes and Memery Blessed Be the Name of almighty God and Cauling to Mind the Mortality of this present State of Life Doe Make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament Revoking all other Wills heareto fore Maid By me Viz.

Item: I Give and Bequeeth unto my Well beloved Afiah ARMSTRONG all My Whole & Sole personal Estate to Raise hir Childreen on.

And further I Doe Constitute Name make and appoint My aforesaid well Beloved wife Afiah ARMSTRONG My hole and sole Exectrix of this my Last Will and Testement as Wittness My hand and Seale this 28th of March anno Dom 1753.

Appeared in open Court and made oath that he was present and saw John ARMSTRONG Sign seal publish and Declare the within writing to be and contain his Last will and Testament and that he saw the other subscribing Evidences sign there names thereto and at same time Affiah ARMSTRONG Executrix appeard and took the Executors oath in Due form of Law it is ordered that the Honorable James MURRAY Secretary of said province have notice thereof that Letters Testamentary Issue thereon as the Law Directs.
