Currituck Co. Will Book 3, p. 172

   In the name of God Amen.

I William ANDERSON of the County of Currituck and State of N. Carolina being now in my seventy seventh year of age and in reasonable health do make this my Last Will and Testament.

   I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth PERKINS one dollar which with what she has already received from me to be her part of my estate.

   I give unto my Grandson William PERKINS one cow and yearlin being the same his Mother has had the use of this year.

   I give unto my Granddaughter Polly PERKINS one ewe and lamb

   I give unto my Daughter Polly ANDERSON one bed bed stead and furniture one walnut chest one linen wheel one womans saddle and one beafat

   I give unto my two Sons William and Benjamine all the remainder of my estate to be equally divided between them and they my two Sons to support their Mother as long as she lives.  

Lastly I nominate and appoint my two Sons William and Benjamin executors to this my Last Will and Testament. In witness wherof I have here unto set my seal this the 6th day of September 1819.
