In the name of God Amen, I Mary ALLEN, being verry sick and like to die, all this in right mind and memory Thanks be to God, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament begining as follows and first I gave and bequeath unto my loving friend Rachel FERREL my house and plantation whereon I now live containing fifty acres of land and then I give to my dear little friend Leady CAPS my best bed and furniture and one cow and calf called Blossom and then I leave all the rest of my estate real and personal to be eaquelly divided among Rachal CURLES children and I appoint my trusty friend Thomas GARRETT and James GAMEWELL my executors to this my Last Will and Testament in witness here of I Mary ALLEN have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23 day of April Anno Domni 1798
