In the name of God, Amen I Solomon ALCOCK of the Currituck County, North Carolina being weak in body of sound mind and memory do consign my worldly goods as follows.

Item: first I give and bequeath unto my Wife Elizabeth one feather and furniture first choice, one loom and harness one linen wheel first choice one woolen wheel one blue chest, first choice of three cows, one barrel of prime poark two hundred pounds bacon all the dyed beff one fatt tub full of fatt, the the smallest one, one grey horse and one red table and fifteen barrels of corn likewise all the cloth and cotton

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son John W. ALCOCK my large trunk and all my wearing apperil whatsoever, also my small gun, and one tract of land containing fifty acres being the land I bought at Embley BUNNILLS sale also my large family bible to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Huldah ALCOCK one feather bed and furniture, one linen wheel, three red chairs and three of the other kind to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son Samuel ALCOCK one tract of land containing sixty five acres called the Fisha LEE tract to him and his heirs forever

Item: and lastly it is my will and desire that my executor hereafter mentioned do sell at public auction the following tracts of land one on the head of Coinjock Bay containing thirty three acres which said land I bought of John HUMPHRIES vandue also one entery of fifty acres near Jesse PERRYs also one tract of land at Cape Hatteris Point containing fifty acres also all the remainder of my estate that I have not already given away within doors and without I leave to be sold at the discretion of my executor and after all my just debts and funeral expences are settled I leave the remainder to be equally divided between my two youngest children Susanna and Samuel.

Lastly I do constitute and appoint my friend Col. Sanuel FEREBEE my whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 14th February 1806 revoaking all other wills heretofore by me made
