Located on Garrett-Cooper Road west of Moyock.  Present owner, Rufus Garrett.  Formerly known as the old Cox home and owned by the grandfather of Edward A. Cox.  Note nine-paned upper window sashes and six-paned lower.  Mortised and pegged with original materials intact.
