     George the Third, by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain, France, and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, &c. To the Sheriff of the County of Currituck Greeting. We Command you that you take the Body of Daniel ROBINS late of your County planter (if to be found in your Bailiwick) and him safely keep, so that you have him before our Chief Justice and his Associates, at our next Superior Court of Justice to be held for the District of Edenton at the Court-house in Edenton on the XXVth Day of October next; then and there to answer to George BROWNING Esq. Admor of Elisha PARKER deceased of a plea wherefore with force & arms & soforth damage two hundred pounds procl. money.  Herein fail not; and have you there this Writ.  Witness Martin HOWARD Chief Justice of our said Province, at Edenton the IVth Day of May in the 12th Year of our Reign, Anno Dom. 1769.
