Harrison Etheridge - 1908

     In the matter of the Administration of the Estate of Harrison ETHERIDGE, decd.
            Before E. W. ANSEL, C.S.C.

R. E. FLORA, being sworn, doth say that Harrison ETHERIDGE, late of said County, is dead, without leaving any Will and Testament, and that R. E. FLORA is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said Harrison ETHERIDGE.  Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $300.00 and E. E. ETHERIDGE is entitled as heir and distributee thereof. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 21st day of Sept 1906.    /s  R. E. FLORA

Sept. 21, 1906 - Oath of Administration -- I, R. E. FLORA, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I believe that Harrison ETHERIDGE died without leaving any last Will and Testament; and that I will well and truly administer all and singular the Goods and Chattels, Rights and Credits of the said Harrison ETHERIDGE, and a true and perfect inventory thereof return as provided by law; and that all other duties appertaining to the charge reposed in me, I will faithfully and honestly perform with the best of my skill and ability:  So help me God.  Sworn and subscribed before me, this 21st day of Sep 1906.   /s/ R.
