Washington Corprew - 1910

Moyock Twp., 9 Feb 1910 - Commissioners Report on Widow's One Year Support.  We, the undersigned commissioners, duly allotted to Wildy CORPREW, widow of Washington CORPREW, deceased, personal articles from the estate amounting to $345.00 and also find that the number in the family, exclusive of the widow, is one, namely, Rosa CORPREW age 9.  /s/ T.H. FULFORD, T.L. JARVIS, S.F. AYDLETT

21 Mar 1910 - Judgment for Deficiency of Widow's One Year Support.  Wildy CORPREW, widow of Washington CORPREW, asks the Court to recover $55.00 from the personal representative of Washington CORPREW, deceased, which she is deficient on her one year's support.  /s/ H.B. ANSELL, Clerk Superior Court

NOTE:  Marriage records show that Washington Corprew married Wildia Bartlett in Moyock on Jan. 23, 1891.  In 1900 Washington & Wildie Corprew were living in Moyock Township and were listed as black.
