14 Mar 1882 - Commissioners Report on Widow's One Year Support.  Commissioners allotted to Louise CAPPS, widow of Tully CAPPS, $71.00 and the deficiency of $204.00 is to be paid by Walter E.W. CAPPS, admr.  Commissioners find that the widow is the only member in the family.  /s/ Elias WILLIAMS, Henry WHITE, S.J. WATEFIELD

9 Sept 1882 - Mar 1883 - The final account of the estate of Tully L. CAPPS in account with W.E.W. CAPPS, admr, who charges no commission fees, he being the only heir in the said estate.  /s/ W.E.W. CAPPS, Admr
