17 Dec 1878 - Summons to renew Judgment -  J.J. BAXTER vs. J.W. BAXTER, Executor of Sarah & Mary BAXTER.  The sheriff of Currituck County is hereby commanded to notify the defendant J.W. BAXTER that J.J. BAXTER has filed a petition in the Clerk's Office to renew judgment in the above recited action.  The case will be heard on the 2nd Monday in January next at the courthouse where you can appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.  /s/ H.B. 17 Dec 1878 - Summons to renew Judgment -  J.J. BAXTER vs. S.B. HUGHS.  Take notice that J.J. BAXTER has a judgment docketed in this office against you for $23.00 & costs and said BAXTER has filed a petition for the renewal of said judgment and the same shall be heard on the 2nd Monday in January next at the courthouse where you can appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.  /s/ H.B. 17 Dec 1878 - We respectfully ask that Walter HARRISON be cited to appear before you, the Probate Judge of Currituck County, to show cause why a certain judgment in your office shall not be renewed & execution be issued thereon.  /s/ J.J. BAXTER
