17 Apr 1911 - Application for Letters of Administration - Harvey BELL states that Rosetta BAXTER is dead without leaving any will and testament and that he is the proper person to administer on the estate which is worth about $91.04 and that Harvey BELL, Daniel BAXTER and Bohan BAXTER, of Snowden, N.C., are entitled as heirs thereof.  /s/ Harvey BELL

17 Apr 1911 - Letters of Administration - It being proven to the Clerk of the Superior Court for Currituck County that Rosetta BAXTER, late of said county, is dead without having made and published any last will and testament, and it also appears that Harvey BELL is entitled to the administration of the estate/  /s/ E.W. ANSELL, Clerk Superior Court [oath of administrator follows this document]
