Gertrude Baxter - 1911

9 Jul 1908 - Application for Guardianship - Grant BAXTER states that he represents Gertrude BAXTER, his minor child, who is without guardian and that minor child is entitled to personal estate valued at $40.  He therefore prays for Letters of Guardianship.  /s/ Grant BAXTER

9 Jul 1908 - Guardian's Oath - Grant BAXTER, guardian for [nothing written in], do solemnly swear as guardian that I will make returns and annual settlements as long as any of the estate remains in my hands and that I will renew my bond every 3 years.  /s/ Grant BAXTER

20 June 1911 - Citation to Guardian to File Annual Report - Whereas every guardian shall file an annual account of his guardianship, and Grant BAXTER, guardian to Gertrude BAXTER, has failed to file his account.  Grant BAXTER is commanded to appear in Superior Court within 20 days of receiving this citation and if he defaults then he shall be removed from his guardianship and will be further proceeded by law.  /s/ E.W.
