Thomas C. Casey Relinquishment to Daniel Padrick

Know all men by these presents that whereas in and by a certain Indenture of Trust bearing date on or about the month of October Eighteen hundred and Twenty six and made between Daniel Padrick of the state of North Carolina Currituck County of the one part and Thos. C. Casey, Trustee of the State and County aforesaid of the other part. The said Daniel Padrick for and in consideration therein mentioned did grant bargain convey and confirm unto the said Thomas C. Casey Trustee a certain piece or parcel of Land-containing Eighty acres more or less- lying and being situated in the County and State aforesaid beginning at a place called the Sine(?) Bridge Running an East course down a line of marked trees to a corner, thence a west course down a line of marked trees to the main Road thence a west course down a big ditch to the grave yard thence a south course thirty feet thence a west course thirty feet thence a north course thirty feet to the ditch thence down said ditch to a corner maple stump thence a north course to a corner thence a west course down a line to a corner. Thence an East course to the Bridge to the first station boundry on the south and East by the Lands of Samuel Douglas and Robert B. Poyners heirs and on the west by the lands of Turman Waller having refference to me and of Trust will morefully shew in while said Indenture of Trust I the said Thos. C. Casey Trustee do hereby declare that my name was only used in Trust for Martin Ross Casey of the County and State aforesaid to secure to him the said M. R. Casey The payment of Several promisary notes of hand due at different dates having refference to the deed of Trust will morefully show now knowledge that I the said Thos. C. Casey Trustee in discharge of the trust in me Reposed as aforesaid and at the Request of the said Martin R. Casey have Remised Released Surrendered assigned transferred and set over and by these presents do for me my Executors and administrators freely and absolutely Remiss Release surrender assign transfer and set over unto the said Daniel Padrick his Executors administrators and assigns all the Estate Right title interest benefits trust claims and demand whatsoever which I the said Thos. C. Casey my Executors or administrators can shall or may have or claim of in or to the said premises or of or in any sum or sums of money or other matters or things whatsoever in the said Indenture of Trust contained mentioned or expressed so that neither I the said Thos. C. Casey my Executors or administrators at any time hereafter shall or will claim challenge or demand any Interest property benefit or other things in any manner whatsoever by or me and of the said Indenture or any covenant therein contained but there of and there from and of and from all actions suits and demands which I the said Thos. C. Casey My Executors or administrators may have concerning the same shall be forever barred by these presents in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 22nd of July Eighteen hundred and Thirty three signed and sealed I presence of

This deed of conveyence or relinquishment Thomas C. Casey to Daniel Padrick was produced in open court and proved to be the act and deed of the said Thoams C. Casey by the oaths of John Davis and Abraham Demoss the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be satisfied the probate being of Record I the Court. In Testimony where of I Henry Ewing Clerk of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions for said County have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of said court to be also affused at office in Nashville on this 25 day of July A.D. 1833 . Elishu L. ???? Presiding magistrate of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions foresaid County do hereby certify to whom it may consern that Henry (?) Ewing whose name is signed the above certificate is Clerk of said Court in said state and that his attestation as such is given in due form of Law and by the proper offices
