[Deed Book 55; pg. 307] Oct. 27, 1915 - James GREGORY sold to Thomas GREGORY, for $925.62, for a certain tract of land adjoining the lands of Jessie SANDERS and bounded as follows, on North Jessie SANDERS land, the East by W.H. CASE land, on South W.H. GREGORY land, on West Thomas W. GREGORY land, 13 ¾ acres being the eastern portion of the land divided between James GREGORY and S.W. GREGORY.
