for and in consideration of the sum of $25.00 paid by
W.H. BRIGGS
for a certain tract of land in Poplar Branch Township situated on North River
near Jarvisburg wharf various courses binding
FISHER
to contain 2 ½ acres.
J.W. FISHER
reserves a cart way on the East side of tract.
