This single tombstone cemetery is located on the east side of US 158 (Caratoke Hwy) about 1.5 miles south of Swain's Lane in a thicket that juts out into a field approximately 100 feet from the road. The grave is clearly separate from the Simmons Family Cemetery and on the opposite side of the irrigation ditch to the north. The plat map is from Currituck Co. Tax records and shows owners of the property and surrounding properties. Photographs, tax map and comments by Patrick Patterson - October 2013.
