I am pretty sure that the Neill McNeill of Robeson County with the will of 1803 is the one that was first married to Flora Riddle of Robeson County
and second to Janie Campbell

I am a DNA match to two of his sons----
Marsh Daniel 1778-1852 DNA # 105103
and Malcolm DNA # 63774. I do not know much about the son Malcolm ---(Malcom was probably a brother to Neill))??
but I do Marsh Daniel did live in the vicinity of the Upper Little River
