In the name of God Amen.
I Mary MacMillan of Fayetteville Cumberland County North Carolina America being of sound and 
perfect mind and memory, blessed be to God, do on this fifteenth day of July in the year of 
our Lord One thousand Eight-hundred and twenty make and publish this my last Will and Testament, 
in manner following, that is to say:

I give and bequeath to my beloved daughters Ann and Margaret MacMillan all that lot of land fronting 
the marsh side of Marden Lane in the town of Fayetteville aforesaid together with all improvements 
therein with my household and kitchen furniture. A description of the above lot may be known by 
reference at the Registry office of Cumberland County in Book B No. 2 and in page 37.

And I hereby make and ordain  my friend, Mr. James McLeran of Fayetteville, my Executor, of this 
my last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof I the said Mary MacMillan have to this my  last Will 
and Testament set my hand and seal this day and in presence of us, who were present at the time and 
dealing thereof.
