Cumberland County Court of Equity --Spring Term, 1829

Joel Williams, Junr. vs. Alexander Williams, Arch'd MacKay and others.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that the Defendants, Isaac Williams, Theophilus Williams, 
James Draughan & his wife Jane, John Bonner & his wife Eliza, Alex'r MacKay & his wife Ferraby, John MacKay 
& his wife Zillah, & Harry S. Williams, are not inhabitants of this State: It is therefore ordered, that 
publication be made for six weeks in the Carolina Observer, that the said absent defendants be and 
appear at the next Court of Equity, to be holden for the County of Cumberland, at the Court House in Fayetteville, 
on the seventh Monday after the fourth Monday of September next andplead answer, or demur to the complainant's bill
