                        WILSON CEMETERY on PEACH ST.

                                Peach Street

                        Shelby, Cleveland County, NC

     This cemetery is located behind the second house on the east side
     of Peach St. as you leave East Marion St. in Shelby, NC. It was
     cleaned off back in the winter but is beginning to start to grow
     over again. I was there May 29, 1998 and I started the audit on
     the downhill side of the cemetery. There are probably many graves
     withour markers and I am sure many markers are destroyed or
     carried away. I read all that I could. Some of them were very
     hard to read and some impossible so expect errors.
