DAVIS GRAVEYARD This graveyard is located in No. 8 Township, Cleveland County, N.C. about 150 yards east of Polkville-New House Road about two and a half miles southwest of Polkville, N.C., and about two miles northeast of New House, on a slight knoll with a splendid view of surrounding territory, having a good wire fence with iron posts driven in the ground, about 50 feet long and 70 feet wide, with two large clusters of trees and shrubbery placed in the center of the northwestern portion thereof. Concrete base at southwest corner shows fence erected July 17, 1937. Owner of Cemetery: We fail to learn the owner.
