DANIEL HICKS CEMETERY The cemetery is located in No. 3 Township, Cleveland County, N.C. about one mile north of Buffalo Creek and about fives miles east of Shelby, N.C., and about ¾ mile south of Hwy. 74, and 500 yards S.E. of Route No. 2, on a slight knoll. Although called "The Hicks Graveyard," there are more Hamricks buried here, at least the marked graves show this fact.
