ADAMS CEMETERY The cemetery is located in No. 3 Township, Cleveland County, N.C. about 100 yards north of road leading from Shelby-Earl gravel road to Grover, N.C., near Roy Lavender's residence, being now owned by Billy Earl, and joined by the lands of Anthony Lavender; being also about 1 ½ miles east of Buffalo Creek. The cemetery is completely surrounded by a substantial wire fence, and shows care and attention. The cemetery is situated on top of a knoll with view of the east and other horizons. Cedar trees and pines with an occasional oak add attractiveness to the location.
