462. Jordon Edward BASS was born about 1874 in Lincoln County, North Carolina and died about 1959 in Lincoln County, North Carolina. He was buried in Palm Tree Methodist Church Cemetery. His wife, Emma was a sister to Arthur Blanche Leonard and a first cousin to Clemmy Leonard. Jordon Edward and Emma were married in Palm Tree United Methodist Church by the Reverend J.C. Wessinger. The marriage ceremont was witnessed by Tom Bass, D.D. Wessinger, and L.M. Wilson. Edward, John, and George went to Alabama and started a lumber business. Robert joined them a couple of years later.

He was married to Sarah Emma LEONARD (daughter of John Franklin LEONARD and Mira Jane WYANT) on 10 Apr 1898. Sarah Emma LEONARD was born on 21 Jun 1874 in Lincoln County, North Carolina and died in 1957 in Lincoln County, North Carolina. She was buried in Palm Tree Methodist Church Cemetery. Jordon Edward BASS and Sarah Emma LEONARD had the following children:

754 i. Mamie BASS was born on 23 Jan 1899 and died on 4 May 1983. She was buried in Palm Tree Methodist Church Cemetery.
