Descendants of Ninian STEELE

The Steele family left Chester county, Pennsylvania and traveled a similar road to a similar destination as many of their Scots-Irish neighbors. The Steel family typifies many of the early settlers that settled in the boundaries of the old Rowan county. Leaving during the period of 1745-1758, many saw Revolutionary service.
