603. Celia M. HERMAN¹³²⁸ was born in August 1891.⁴⁷⁴ Celia M. was born August 1891 and married Hogar Specht. He was a native of Denmark. He moved his family from Catawba County to East Flat Rock, near Hendersonville, N.C. They raised their family there, remaining until their deaths. They are buried in Hendersonville, N.C.
