She was buried in Conover City Cemetery, Conover, North Carolina.

His obituary read as follows: CONOVER - Charlotte Coyner Brady, 92, of Conover, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at Lutheran Home-East. Born Aug. 13, 1912, in Waynesboro, Va., she was a daughter of the late Hubert Leslie and Mary Meta Wine Coyner. She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Conover and for many years was the assistant organist and pianist and Sunday school teacher. She was a former schoolteacher and executive secretary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Brady. Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Travis of Newton; a son and daughter-in-law, Dixon Brady and Kay Hoke of Brevard; grandchildren, Abby Hoke-Brady, Carolyn Travis and Laura Perry and husband, Wallace Perry Jr.; great-grandchildren, Zachary Perry and Katie Perry; sisters, Elizabeth McRee of Oregon and Eva Boyd of Georgia; and brothers, the Rev. Edwin Coyner of Kernersville and Kenneth Coyner of Delaware. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 17, 2005, at Concordia Lutheran Church. The Revs. Donald Oldenburg and John Greig will officiate. There will be a private graveside service in Conover City Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at Concordia Lutheran Church.
