From Cannon Memorial Library, 27 Union Street N, Concord, North Carolina, take Union Street S. 3.1 miles until you come to the intersection of Highway 601 S. Turn left onto Highway 601 S. and go 3.8 miles to the junction of Highway 200 S. Turn left onto Highway 200 S. and go 3.6 miles to the intersection of Reed Mine Road (Sr 1100). Turn right onto Reed Mine Road and go 2.0 miles to the Reed Gold Mine Entrance. Turn left into main entrances and half way down the entrance road is a dirt road on the right. Follow this road until it dead ends. A road leads off to the left through the wood to a meadow, when you get to the meadow walk around the right side and it will dogleg to the right. You should be able to see a path about half way down the dogleg on the left side leading about 150 feet back into the woods to the cemetery.
Note: The road that goes to the cemetery has a gate across it, and since it is not open to the public you will have to get permission from a ranger to visit the gravesite.
