The following is a true and correct list of all the heirs at law of the Estate
of John M. Suther deceased, that have come to my knowedge, viz:
David A. Suther now lives at Wetumka, Ala
Solomon W Suther Cabarrus County North Carolina about 18 years of age
James M Suther now at Montgomery, Ala
Esther Suther maried Alexander Castor she has been dead about four years &
lived in Rowan County N. Carolina & left three children who are now living
to wit
Margaret C Castor, about 7 years old_ Jane A Castor about 5 years old _ &
William A Castor about 4 years old.
