Mr. J. H. Robbins, age 54 years, who died at his home in Miami on Friday, January 13, was buried in the Center Hill Cemetery on Saturday the 14, in the presence of a large gathering of sorrowing relatives and friends. Rev. R. Strickland of Webster was in charge of the funeral services.
Mr. Robbins had lived in Center Hill for many ears before moving to Miami four years ago. He was a well known and respected in this county and has many friends and relatives who were deeply grieved to learn of his death.
He leaves to mourn his death, besides friends, and other relatives his wife and three daughters. Mrs. Alonzo Todd (Vivian), Miss Susie Lee Robbins, and Terry Lela Heath, one son, T. W. Robbins, all of Miami; three borthers, J. L. Robbins of Center hill, E. F. Robbins of Pahokee and J. R. Robbins of West Florida; three sisters, Mrs. Chas Beville (Aunt Jensey), of Webster, Mrs. J. W. Booth of Miami, and Mrs. F. McNeil of Lake Alfred.
