Selina A. Owens, 98 died April 6, 2008. Born Christmas Day 1909 in Supply, North Carolina to John H. and Lillie Varnum Nance. She was preceded in death by Her Husband, Carl L. Owens; An infant Son, Olen Frances; Son, Homer P. Anderson; Brother, John Nance and Sister, Bessie Davidson. Survivors: Sisters, Odessa Colaneri and Louise Chandler of Orlando, Florida; Sons, Kenneth H. Anderson (Janet) of Cedaredge, Colorado and Robert W. Owens (Lynne) of Tampa, Fl; Grand-Children, Kenneth (Pam) , Wilbur (Cindy), Annette (Allen), Michele (Dwayne), Robert (Aileen), Michael (Marissa) and Joel (Anna); Nine Great-GrandChildren; Five Great-Great-GrandChildren. She was a Member of South Fellowship formerly known as Ballast Point Baptist Church, since moving to Tampa in 1953. She was a life Member of the Eastern Star. Funeral services will take place 10 am. Friday, April 11, 2008 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Avenue, Tampa, Fl.
