This indenture made this 14th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty five between Henry H. WILLIAMS of the one part and WASHINGTON WILLIAMS of the other part both of the State of North Carolina and County of Brunswick witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and sixty three dollars to the said Henry H. WILLIAMS in hand paid by the said WASHINGTON WILLIAMS at and before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & therefore doth release acquits and discharge the said WASHINGTON WILLIAMS executors & Administrators by these presents he the said Henry H. WILLIAMS hath granted bargained, Sold Aliens and confirms and by these presents doth part bargain and sell alien & confirm unto the WASHINGTON WILLIAMS and his heirs a certain piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Brunswick and State aforesaid bounded as follows: Containing three hundred and sixty three Acres in the same manner more or less beginning at a stake running South to west three hundred and (part of the line is crossed out) Eight poles to a white oak stump thenceforth East one hundred & Sixty six poles to a Pine tree thence thence North ­­­To East then hundred and ninety poles to a Pine thence running west To South to the beginning well known by the claim of JOHN VERNON and all houses buildings courses ways waters water property commodities heredeitanments appurtenances whatsoever to the said premises. hereby granted or any part thereof belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the reversions & remainder & remainders rents issues & profits thereof & also all the Estate right title interests use trust property claim and demand whatsoever of him The Said Henry H. WILLIAMS of & in to Said Premises To have and to hold the parcel of land together with all the houses Here additions improvements & appurtenances thence & thence to belonging unto him the Said WASHINGTON WILLIAMS his heir and forever and The Said Henry H. WILLIAMS and doth hereby bind himself his heirs and assigns forever & Said Henry H. WILLIAMS doth hereby bind himself his heirs, executors, and administrators to Warrants and Defend the said land and other the Premises to him the Said WASHINGTON WILLIAMS his heirs & assigns and against the claims & demands of his heirs Executors, Administrators and assigns & against all persons forever In Witness Whereof I have here set my hand & seal the day & date above written.
