Alexander H. Cain

Alexander "Alex" H. Cain was born 8 March, 1827 in the Turnbull Creek region of Bladen County.  He was the son of George W. Cain and Elizabeth McLain.  He lived his life as a bachelor and died on 10 October, 1908 at the age of 81. He is buried in the George Cain cemetery in Ammon.  This cemetery is also known as the William Cain cemetery.  Alex placed several stone markers in this cemetery to mark the earlier members of his family.
