William James Jackson Batton

William James Jackson Batton was born 25 December, 1860, the son of David Batton and Mary Guyton. He married Emma Ann Edwards (b. 1867), daughter of James Edwards and Emeline Hester, on 19 November, 1893. Witnesses to the marriage of Emma A. Edwards and William James Jackson Batton were D. H. Pait and E. B. Hester.  They were married at the home of James Edwards. William James Jackson Batton died 17 April, 1916. Emma Edwards Batton died in 1928. They are buried in the Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
