To all to whom these presents shall come I Frances Rushing of Anson County & No Carolina send greeting. Know ye that I said Frances Rushing for an in consideration of the natural love & affection which I have and bear unto my beloved sister Rebecka Rushing of sd County and state and divers other good causes and considerations one hereunto moving have given and granted & by these presents do give and grant unto sd Rebecka Rushing all & singular my goods and chattels following One sorrel mare one sorrel horse one red brindle cow & calf one black & white cow & yearling one dun coloured star yearling one red heifer twenty one head of geese two feather beds and furniture & kitchen furniture to have and to hold and enjoy all and singular the goods & chattels and personal estates aforesd unto the sd Rebecka Rushing her executors Adms and assigns forever and I the sd Frances Rushing all and singular the aforesd good and chattels & property to the sd Rebecka Rushing His executors Adms and assigns againt all persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant & forever defend by these presents. As Witness my hand and seal November 17 1828
