Do hereby Give and Grant unto Thomas Williams of our said County a tract of Land containing two hundred and eleven Acres lying on the Sand banks in Curratuck Precinct, Beginning at a hicory by the Sound then No. 49. E.60 pole to a hicory by Jengick creek then up the said creek by various Courses 428. pole to a pine, then So. 49 to 72. pole to a pine by the sound, then along the sound by various courses to the first station To Hold & Given To Witnefs April 1, 1723.
